On Jan.8, 2020, the company held a grand annual meeting, more than 300 employees and suppliers' representatives attended the meeting, which was full of enthusiasm, courage and peace.
The theme of the annual meeting was "Gratitude, Sharing and Progress", the poem “Eighteen Years Of The Road” written and recited by employees of the company, with its deep emotions, described Hengtai's eighteen years of development. From the hardships of entrepreneurship to the persistence in adversity and to the sense of achievement gained now, which made the on-site people moved. Next, chairman Mr. An Rongchang delivered a speech and reviewed the history of Hengtai for 18 years, expressed gratitude to employees and suppliers who have given great support to Hengtai, which was set off warm applause at the scene. In recognition of support and contribution of the company's employees and suppliers to Hengtai, the annual meeting awarded the "Retired Senior Contribution Award", "Loyal Employee Award", "Advanced Group Award" and "Outstanding Supplier Friendship Award".
Subsequently, the annual meeting was pushed to its climax with a variety show and several rounds of lottery. The company's executives performed the opening dance "Tibetan Music," which opened the prologue with a fiery Tibetan dance. “Grain In Ear” by the purchasing department, “Sailor Dance” by the quality inspection department, and “Song Of Lotus” by the quality assurance department, all of them came one after another with splendid dances, which fully showed the artistic quality of Hengtai employees. And a song-and-dance duet popular in the northeast of China was a big attraction of this annual meeting, hot and humorous, as the northeasterner. The live performance ended with a soulful "The Heart Of Thanksgiving".
